Day 1– Anchorage
Meet & greet at the Anchorage Airport and transfer to your hotel. Depending upon the time of arrival you may have time to brows Anchorage downtown, do some shopping, visit the Anchorage Museum, or enjoy the rest of the evening at your leisure. Overnight in Anchorage.

Day 2– Fairbanks
Your journey to Fairbanks begins on the famous and scenic Alaska train.
Enjoy the breathtaking views as you make your way to your destination.  Upon arrival, you will be transferred to your hotel, where you can rest and relax after your travels. 

Depending on the weather conditions and aurora forecast tonight, your
Aurora’s adventure could begin. Experience the magic of the Northern Lights as
you venture out into the Alaskan wilderness. It’s an experience you will never
forget. Overnight in Fairbanks.

Day 3 – Fairbanks
This morning wake up to an early breakfast and then have the morning free to explore the city and all its wonders. In the afternoon, you’ll be picked up for a sightseeing tour of Fairbanks, where you’ll visit the North Pole town to see Santa Claus’ home, as well as the museum and the Morris Thompson Cultural Center. You’ll have the evening to enjoy dinner on your own before embarking on a Northern Lights adventure between 9:00 pm and 10:00 pm. Imagine seeing the breathtaking Northern Lights dance across the sky before returning to your hotel around 2:00 am. It’s a long day, but the memories will last a lifetime. Overnight in Fairbanks.

Day 4– Fairbanks
Your day today is full of adventure and wonder. You start your day with an early breakfast and embark on a road trip to the Cheena River valley. The journey there is breathtaking.  Upon arrival, you will be greeted by beautiful hot springs. Take the time to soak in the natural beauty and indulge in some much-needed relaxation. There are some other activities to enjoy in the valley, make sure to check them out. As the day progresses, you will head back to the hotel, but not before embarking on an aurora hunting tour. Seeing the northern lights dance across the sky was an awe-inspiring experience that will leave you feeling truly grateful for this life. At or around 2:00 am you will return to your hotel. Overnight in Fairbanks.

Day 5 -Fairbanks-Anchorage-Girdwood
Today’s itinerary features another breakfast and a hassle-free transfer to the Fairbanks airport, where you will board a flight back to Anchorage. Upon landing, a comfortable mode of transportation will be waiting for you, ready to take you to the picturesque town of Girdwood, where you can unwind and enjoy a leisurely day. With its stunning natural beauty and vibrant atmosphere, Girdwood is the perfect place to indulge in some much-needed relaxation. Lodging at the Alyeska Ski Resort.

Day 6 – Girdwood
Start your day with a delicious breakfast while enjoying the view. After that, you can spend your day exploring the stunning nature that surrounds this place. If the snow conditions are right, you can hit the slopes and enjoy skiing. Alternatively, you can opt for other activities or tours available at an additional price. In the evening, you can retire to your accommodation in Girdwood for a peaceful and relaxing overnight stay. Overnight at the Alyeska Resort.

Day 7– Anchorage
If you’re looking for a relaxed morning, you can start your day with a delicious breakfast and take some time to unwind before checkout. If you’re feeling adventurous, you can opt for some optional activities available at an additional cost. After that, there will be a midday transfer to Anchorage, where you can check into (3:00 pm) your hotel and have some time to explore the city and shop for Alaskan souvenirs. You can spend the evening at your leisure before retiring to your hotel for a peaceful overnight stay. Overnight in Anchorage.

Day 8 – Anchorage-Airport
 This morning enjoy your breakfast and make sure to pack up any belongings you may have. Just a reminder that check out is at 11:00 am today. Your transfer to Anchorage airport will be at the indicated time, so be sure to have everything ready to go. I hope you had a great time in Alaska! If you require the use of ski equipment, it is available for rental at the destination. Furthermore, there are optional tours that are available at an additional cost such as:

  • Dog sledding with Husky dogs.
  • Panoramic flights in either a helicopter or small aircraft
  • Snowmobile rides of varying time durations
  • Lake ice fishing

Please be advised that your tour guide will be available to assist you with these activities, however, the tour guide will not participate in them. Lastly, it should be noted that the availability of activities that involve snow are subject to weather and actual snow condition.
